This is a special and very powerful technique that is very simple to work with and make a part of your daily routine.
Rolling a lime (lemon or coconut):
Take a lime in your right hand and roll it around on the top of your head in a clockwise fashion. Do this ten times or so then move to rolling it around clockwise on the forehead, then on the side of the head and back of the head. Roll it around on your throat. Then roll it on each of your shoulders and up and down each arm. Roll it around your chest and stomach, and wherever else on your body you might like to roll it. Roll wherever you may be holding any pain or anywhere you may have focused any negative thoughts or feelings.
This whole rolling process should take about a minute or two.
When you are done rolling, take the lime and cut it completely in half - destroying the negative energies, thoughts and feelings that it has absorbed. Take care not to get the juice on yourself and wash up your hands and the knife afterwards. If you do get juice around, just clean it up and wash things up well. Then discard the lime - it is not to be used for any other purpose.
When I started doing this ritual, I would use one lime each day. Then it was suggested by Baba to use more each day. He says that people who were doing so were seeing incredible results. I have now increased the amount of limes that I roll and cut each day. Sometimes I use 3 or 9 now. I have heard from a friend that small key limes can be found in packs of nearly 40 for around $3 at Wal-Mart. If I had a good resource to get larger amounts like this, I will do 27 each day and 108 on the new moon day each month. This is what Baba has suggested, do either 1, 3, 9, 27, 54, or 108 as your situation will allow.
I have noticed a real increase in energy since I have upped my ritual to 3 or 9 limes. The basic idea behind this ritual is that the lemon, lime or coconut will absorb the negative energies or karma that is stored in various places within your body and energy field. The coconut is even more powerful, but these are a bit more pricey as well as being much harder to break. You have to use a hammer, and you might like to put it in a plastic bag when you do so to keep the milk from going everywhere. But if you can afford them and can get them - go for it!
Give it a try and let me know your experiences.
Blessings,
Blake
